英語会話（中級）

【学習内容】This is a course for Intermediate One students in which we will revise the basics and 　encourage students to gain confidence in speaking so that they can handle more extended discourse. 　

【学習方法・形態】By using copies, we can vary the pace of study to suit the class. What I like to 　do is to introduce and explain specific points from the material, set the groundwork and then divide　the class into pairs or groups so that they can speak and practise. In this way students can spend 　as much time as possible in class time actually using English. The best way to learn is to practise 　.... While you are speaking I can monitor and give advice when necessary. If any ideas or questions 　of general interest come up, I like to discuss them with the whole class after the pair/group work. 　We want to share interesting ideas, it's all part of the learning process!
